Parents/Guardians:

Please be advised that due to the Corona Virus that has hit us worldwide, students will return to school on Monday, March 30th with the following instructions:

Grades K-12, parents must pickup physical copies of the scholar’s work from the school or copies can be emailed.

Please note that staff will be on campus from 8am-1pm on Thursday and Friday starting this week to provide weekly handouts of work. Furthermore, each Friday, beginning April 3, 2020, work for the week must be brought back for grading, and/or emailed. For those scholars who have classes through FLVS, you must begin class this week, as instructed by your teacher.

In addition, scholars will have a private site to log into so that instructions can be provided by the teacher for each class period. Scholars are required to log-in. If assistance is needed, the scholar will be able to ask questions, etc.

Due to the severity of what is taking place in the world, we will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated as needed.

SELF-ISOLATION ORDERED:
Any students, faculty or staff who go on a cruise, anywhere, must self-isolate for 14 days upon return.

Any students, faculty or staff who go on foreign travel, to any country, must self-isolate for 14 days upon return.

EXCUSED ABSENCES: Students who are absent because they have been directed to self-isolate will received medically excused absences if they provide doctor’s notes, travel documents, or other information that shows the reason. Schools will work with students who face problems getting such paperwork.

FIELD TRIPS:  All field trips and events have been canceled until further notice. This is to reduce risk of the spread of COVID-19.
